1. Analysis
The first step of our creative team's task is to analyze current information architecture, website navigation patterns, accessibility concerns, and marketing goals. Geektime's team studies our client's audience and, using qualitative analysis, creates a mapping of their needs.

2. Plan and Prototype
The planning phase has our creative team turn a client's wish list into a project with clearly defined specifications, goals and benchmarks. These plans, which may include information architecture documents, layout comps, storyboards, etc., are communicated to the client for review. The best ideas are moved to the prototype stage for approval.

3. Build
Upon approval of the prototype, our creative team (with engineers, if necessary) gets to work creating on the project's deliverables. Geektime's client extranet allows clients to review the progress of their ongoing builds.

4. Test
When primary production and development is done, our creative and engineering teams conduct internal testing. When internal testing is complete, the project is released to the client for beta testing and finally, acceptance testing.

5. Deploy
Upon certification from the client, we deploy the project in accordance with the development plan. In most cases, clients choose to host their web based applications with Geektime.

6. Refresh
The end of the project marks the beginning of the life cycle of your new website or application. Periodic refreshes extend the useful life of projects and can dramatically increase your return on investment.
