Day to Day Bookkeeping Services
Geektime will take care of accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger entries and reconciliation on an as needed basis. If your business incorporates ecommerce, we may be able to automate a large portion of your accounting for further savings.
Financial Reports
Through QuickBooks, we provide sales reports, cost reports, forecast reports, budget reports, financial statement reports, inventory reports and payroll reports.
Payroll Calculation and Reporting
Geektime will calculate Form 940, Form 941, Form W2, Form W3 and California EDD forms, as well as providing you with reports to mail or enter for electronic filing. (Please note that at this time, we do not process payroll activities for clients).
Sales Tax Calculation and Reporting
Geektime will calculate all applicable California BOE forms, as well as providing you with reports to mail or enter for electronic filing. (Please note that at this time, we do not process sales tax activities for clients).
Coordination with tax preparation
We pride ourselves on our ability and enthusiasm for working with outside CPAs and tax preparers. Simply give us a list of reports and documents that your CPA or tax preparer requests, and we'll take care of the rest!
